This app is amazing! Its complet, there is no glitch and a lot of surprise. I found recently that it support 3D Touch.

Simple to use, very responsive and clear whos turn it is.

To the developer I really need to say thank you. I have used this app a lot since I found it. It has great features I didnt even realize I would need. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants a very simple yet powerful chess clock.

This is a great chess clock. Having standard chess time controls come with the app is a huge bonus. Two things I would like to see in the future is a side orientation so if an iPad or iPhone is setup sideways, both time are shown upright similar to how a physical clock is. The other would be some different softer sounds for the clicks.

Very well designed and implemented. Hats off to the developer. If you have time, getting "overtime" options a la Go would be amazing (30 minute base time and 5 1-minute overtime periods for example)

My son and I were playing chess and he said we should get a clock. This app is perfect for us because it includes so many built in settings and gives us the experience of play with the clock. Thanks for a great app!

Thanks to the developer for addressing everything I had mentioned in the original review. This app is fantastic and by far the best clock on the App Store. If you play chess, you should definitely get this one. Its a convenient and easy to use clock! Original Review: Im surprised to see so few reviews for this nice piece of software. It has a bunch of relevant game modes, delay types, has an easy to read high contrast display, and has a big touch response area so its hard to miss. There are a few suggestions that I think would help improve this app: 1) The interface is not as elegant as it could be. This isnt a huge issue because its not bad and certainly simple compared to most physical clocks. Its just not as nice as some of the other apps here. But seeing that this app does so much more, it may not be possible to clean this up. 2) I would like to see additional warning sounds as well. For example the DGT clocks I use have a nice short beep for each second from 10-1 and then a loud and long beep signaling that player has ran out of time. I think the current beep is perfect for the initial beeps but it would be useful to have something louder and more obvious to end the match. 3) Along the same lines of the warning sounds, it would be nice to have a volume slider for clicks and warning sounds. I like having the click sounds to have the auditory feedback, but I feel like the clicks have to be very loud in order to make the beeps loud enough to be useful. These are fairly minor and doesnt take away from the fact that this is a terrific chess clock!

This is just an amazing Chess Clock. The change of size of the tap button on every move is wonderful. Congrats, I love this from an Interaction Design standpoint. Super clean and simple design with all the features youd expect.

Probably the best in the app store. Clean, simple, adjustable. Explanations and/or history and use of the various presets would be nice (for us novices) as well as more choices for sound alerts (a classic chess clock bell?). Still, I would have paid a buck for this if Id had to. Well done.

Other chess apps were confusing to use, this one I got it and instantly understood. It is clean, looks great, and easily customized and moved.

Elegant design, simple interface, and precise time control options for both tournament and casual play. This app is a must have for any chess enthusiast. I cant imagine using any other clock.

Im teaching my wife chess. And realized that a clock would be a good way to even things out so that she wins half the time. This clock is great! Very customizable to give both players different settings. And loaded with standard chess time defaults. Im loving this app. I first went to Amazon to buy a chess clock, then thought: Wait a minute. Already have an iPad, must be some app for that. Thank you!
